The Miller House And Garden
Fifth Street in downtown Columbus is nicknamed the Avenue of the Architects—and for good reason. Columbus’s international reputation for architecture grew out of the Cummins Foundation Architecture Program, which brought some of the most influential architects of the 20th century and beyond to the city. Along Fifth Street, that legacy is on full display, with an unusually dense concentration of landmark buildings in just over a mile—making it an ideal route for a self-guided walk when time doesn’t allow for a guided tour. Below are the highlights you’ll see along the way.
Come see the architecture, the city, and everything that makes Columbus truly special.
