Welcome To Columbus

Columbus, Indiana, is a small Midwestern city with a world-class story. Since the 60’s the city has been known as a showcase for world-renowned designers, including Eero Saarinen, who designed the St. Louis Arch and I.M. Pei, who designed the Pyramid at the Louve. With seven National Historic Landmarks and over 90 notable works, Columbus blends design excellence with a deep sense of community and innovation.

Get ready, Columbus! Downtown is an open-air gallery as Exhibit Columbus theme, “Yes And” brings bold new outdoor installations downtown, each one a creative mashup between global designers and our local community.

The exhibition celebrates connection, imagination, and the power of saying “yes…and!” Exhibition runs through November 30!

Lucabe Fall Fest

November 1

A family-friendly celebration with something for everyone! Enjoy a free dog and human costume contest, local vendors, face painting (11:30 AM–3 PM), a bouncy house, and delicious seasonal treats like pumpkin cinnamon rolls and specialty fall drinks. Admission is free, costumes are encouraged, and all ages (and breeds!) are welcome. Come celebrate the season with great food, festive fun, and community spirit! 🍁

Vendor Night

Spend an evening downtown filled with shopping, art, and community spirit! Local shops will stay open late, and vendors will line 4th and Washington Streets with handmade goods and unique finds. Déjà Vu Art & Fine Craft

Leave it to an artist to see the beauty in worn leather coats, mismatched silverware, broken dishes, and old sweaters.

Artists showcase collage, jewelry, book arts, home décor, mixed media, sculpture, wearable art, woodworking, mosaic, and glass art – all created from scrap materials or items that have been repurposed.

Festival of Lights

Columbus Festival of Lights is an annual parade where the community gathers to watch illuminated floats grace the street of the City of Columbus. Thousands gather to create new traditions and remember nostalgic times from their childhood.
