Sycamore Place Apartments is a HUD-subsidized senior housing complex located east of City Hall. The three-story building accommodates 24 one-bedroom units, each with a private balcony created by the stair stepped plan. A staggered corridor provides privacy and daylight, while communal spaces include a double-height community room, kitchen, lounge, laundry, and beauty salon. Gray-stained cedar siding and white trim harmonize with landscaped grounds of maples, lindens, firs, and honey locust trees.
