A polished central column branches into three arms supporting prisms of dichroic glass that refract shifting color. A floating steel ring crowns the composition. The surrounding wall bears a Benjamin Disraeli quote, shaping a gathering place for learning and community.

Howard Meehan (b. 1941) is a Santa Fe–based artist who blends light, glass, and steel in large public works through his Firefly Public Art Studio.
